Mind-blowing hotel experience! The location is super close to the train station. The house is incredibly cosy, clean, and feels like your own studio apartment. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provide free bicycles to explore the city, which is only a 10-minute ride away. The room is modern, spotless, and equipped with AC for a perfect night's sleep. The owners are amazingly helpful and even provided us with a map, chocolates, and tips on local attractions and cuisine. They even drove us to the train station when we were short on time. a regretfully short but absolutely fantastic stay!

I recently stayed at Alexandra's House for a few days during my holiday in May. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great travel advice and taking good care of us. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location near Porta Nuova station was convenient for exploring other parts of Italy. Additionally, the complimentary drinks, yogurts, and snacks in the fridge were a nice touch.
Can recommend this hotel.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, super friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They gave us fantastic tips on local attractions and cuisine. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was only a short walk from the train station and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a bakery. We were sad to only stay one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The personal touches, like the fresh fruit plate and water, were a nice surprise. They even provided a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules in the room. The availability of free parking was a huge plus. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, taking us to breakfast and the city center in their car. We would highly recommend this place and definitely return.
